• Investigation & Evidence: Securing crime scenes, collecting evidence, and occasionally piecing together crimes like it's a Netflix special.
  
  

• Community Engagement: Building trust with the public, solving disputes, and sometimes rescuing cats from trees (not required, but heroic).
  
  

• Specialist Divisions: Think Tactical Ops, CID, Traffic, or even Command. There’s a place for every kind of cop in DCPD.
